Roger & I had a wonderful weeks holiday in Portugal earlier in the month.
We were guests of our daughter, Joolia, son in law Gary and our grand daughters Aspen & Logan. Logan accompanied by her fella Jack. We had a family time share in Vilamoura for 35 years so all the kids have happy memories and wanted to return for various reasons. Gary found an amazing villa close to our old one but rather more plush. It’s was indeed worth over 3 million – according to the agent we met. I could recall all the details of the week and when my granddaughter Aspen asked why I wasn’t blogging the trip I said,”darling I would be embarrassed to publish it !” Need I say more. Including almost missing a flight, losing a granddaughter for two days, Roger slipping in the shower and slicing his head open, an epic Gary style BBQ, a daughter that stayed out all night partying and then caught covid…….. to name a few……It was fabulous though & we got to catch up with our dear friends Rita & David Turnbull who now live in Portugal.
