Bright & sunny this morning. We watch two demented sailors trying to get their small boat out of the bay very funny. Olly has had a bad night and has a headache. We all have breakfast & decide to do separate things today. Janet goes off shopping in Penzance. Richard & Olly go off to Penlee Gallery in Penzance. http://www.penleehouse.org.uk. Roger opts to stay with me as I want to pack up and walk around Mousehole as its a dry day. We have a great walk then drop into the ship for a half & a snack! All arrive home around the same time. After a cuppa we try a nap but the seagulls squeaking do not allow. Change & ready for supper we have a few g & t’s as don’t want to leave any. We are booked into The Old Coastguard for supper so take a leisurely walk up in good time for our 8.15 table. Supper was delicious, Janet & I had roast cauliflower starter, I had delicious John Dory, Janet & Roger had Hake they said was outstanding. Richard & Olly had Roast rump which smelled divine. Pudding looked as delicious but I abstained. Roger ordered some crusted port for the boys but disappointingly it was full of sediment. It’s was a jolly walk back down the hill to Lamorna our digs.
